Warranty: Any Modex Jewelry Timepieces enjoys one-year warranty against manufacturing defeats from date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover batteries, strap, bracelet, crystal, wear to the case, stem and/ or crown, or moisture damage if the timepiece is a non-water-resistant model, nor does it apply if there is evidence of misuse or abuse, including but not limited to defeats related to servicing not carried by our authorized agents. |
